Weekend Warriors

Weekend Warriors is a group fitness session built upon sweat, hard work, and wellness education. These 1-hour exercise bouts are driven by my determination to increase your quality of life and personal fitness. W.W. is split up into two specific groups. Group I is structured for beginners- people new to exercise. The second group, Group II, is designed for those more familiar to exercise, and exercise on a regular basis. This program is aimed to be FUN and challenging!!!

What you can expect to gain from this program
