Hello all! I am a nationally Certified Personal Trainer, and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am currently finishing my B.S. in Exercise Science with an emphasis on Corporate Wellness. I will be receiving my degree through the University of Nebraska at Kearney, May 2008.
